Be it an extensive watercooling setup or windstorm of air cooling, the CM Storm Trooper is prepared to contain and use it to its full potential. The Trooper marks the first time a full tower has been designed for transport while being packed with features such as USB 3.0, external 2.5”, and two entirely removable, 90 degree rotatable HDD cages for easier hard-drive installation.
The included front panel connections and controls provide a user with the ability to make on-the-fly changes to fan speed and case LEDs while USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, and audio connections are also provided as an added means of convenience. This is topped off by a 2.5” HDD/SSD X-dock that makes mounting an extra drive as easy as loading a Blu-ray/DVD.
The CM Storm Trooper supports high-end hardware including XL-ATX board, multiple GPUs in SLI or Crossfire, and up to 14 hard-drives for future upgrade
Trooper includes features that are often coveted by gaming enthusiasts in that it has full dust filter coverage, a fan controller, an external SSD drive hot-swap dock and two uniquely designed modular hard drive cages. These features give CM Storm Trooper the ability to adapt to configurations ranging from workstation to water-cooled gaming configurations easily.
The CM Storm Trooper is the first full tower chassis with two 90 degrees rotatable 4-in-3 HDD modules. This includes the attached panels that hold the cages in place. The bottom SSD drive cage can also be removed to allow space for a 240mm watercooling radiator or 2 x 120mm fans.
The CM Storm Trooper is the first in its class to include an ultra-strong carrying handle; allowing a gamer to travel with the finest system configurations available with relative ease.
