This German variety is very curled and produces full, dense heads on sturdy stalks. Green Pearl produces heavy, densely filled, dark green, double curled leaves on strong stalks. This hardy biennial herb makes an attractive garnish and remains one of the most popular herbs for culinary use. Green Pearls slow bolting quality makes it ideal for forcing and summer production. Height at Maturity: 45-60 cm (18-24). Spread at maturity: 30.0 cm (11.7).
