An EXCELLENT example of a Late 19th Century Zulu 'Umkhonto Forged Iron Spear Head , as used by isiZulu Warriors during the latter half of the 1800s. The Spear Head displays signs of element exposure and retains an uneven surface from hand-forging , coupled with excessive use. This particular item was obtained from the regions Northern KwaZulu-Natal.
