Both are in a fine condition, but the felt refills are dried out.    These refills are no longer manufactured, but some are still available mainly from overseas.   So they will be considered as collectible items.

The cap on the red pen has the UI mark so this can be dated.

These were both made prior to 1960.

The pens are slightly thinner than other Parker pens (9.5 mm). 

Please add R 60-00 for P&P.    Personal collection can be arranged.
