Item in reasonable condition. Everything works and all parts contained. Aesthetically not brand new looking - there are a few imperfections. Please refer to pictures below.

I have added in some accessories for your convenience: 2x metal insulated cappuccino cups, 1x metal insulated latte cup and a heat resistant jug-cup for milk frothing.

I have been quite attached to this machine, and have had amazing feedback on how great the cappucinos it makes are. Most coffee makers are unaffordable, and are also complicated to use and not easy to make good coffee with. I can assure you this does an even better job than expensive machines, is easy to use. It does take some practice, though! My reason for selling is only a result of confined kitchen space!

Soft rubber frothing cover has been torn, but I have not found this to affect the result of the foam.

There is a chip off the plastic of the knob. 

A large portion of the cable has been duck-taped due to outer damage. No effect on electronics.
