BEAUTIFUL PERUVIAN HANDMADE ALPACA SILVER JEWELLERY

This item is handmade, and is NOT sterling silver.

These earrings are hand-made in Peru by skilled artisans. Each pair of earrings is unique and a piece of art. It takes about 3 hours per earring to be made. The earrings sometimes include Murano glass gems, natural gemstones, bamboo, and other beads. As with most handmade items, especially with such intricate designs, there are often very slight design "faults" and thus Alpaca earring pairs are most often not 100% exact matches. These differences are not usually noticably visible. Please study the photo of the item available carefully so you are fully aware of what you are purchasing.

WHAT IS ALPACA?

Peruvian Alpaca Silver is an alloy of zinc, iron and nickel. It has similar properties to Stainless Steel, but is more lightweight. Alpaca Silver will not tarnish, and is hypo-allergenic.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ALPACA SILVER JEWELLERY?

The best way to take care of your Alpaca jewellery item, to keep it clean and sparkling as new, is to wash the items with warm water and a hint of lemon - or a mild soap, such as washing up liquid. Please do not use Silver dipping liquids, as they will harm your jewellery. As per any piece of jewellery, do not spray perfume directly on it, as it will be discoloured by the alcohol.

To save on shipping charges, items may be combined into a single parcel within a 7 day period (no extra cost up to 1kg).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original condition and original packaging.

Breakages due to your own negligence will not be covered!

Refunds will be made within one week of receipt of item (you returning it to us).

It is imperative to contact us before returning an item for any reason.

All returns are excluding postage and generate a 10% fee for handling and restocking.
