Note: This service is for battery replacement only. Ensure that all other components of your MacBook are functional.

Shipping Instructions

1. Shipping Information: After your order, we will email you instructions for preparing your laptop for shipment. Package your laptop securely and have it ready for courier collection.
2. No Need to Send the Adapter: This will reduce shipping costs.
3. Optional Hard Drive Removal: You may leave out your hard drive for privacy reasons, or alternatively, create a guest account on the laptop.

Handling and Repair Time

• Handling Time: We set a 7-day handling period to allow time for you to ship your laptop to us. This period covers shipping to and from our facility, plus any potential delays.
• Repair Time: Once we receive your laptop, repairs usually take 2 to 3 business days, unless additional parts are required. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Note: This handling time helps ensure our Bobshop account is not affected by delays in receiving parts or customer shipments.

If you experience any issues after receiving your laptop or during the warranty period, please do not open a case or request a return. Instead, just reach out to us by email, and well be happy to help resolve the problem.
