The Autool CT400 GDI Injector Cleaner and Tester machine. Gasoline direct injection is a technology that injects fuel directly into the cylinder and mixes it with the intake air. Compared to conventional injectors, the use of GDI can help improve engine efficiency and specific power output as well as reduce exhaust emissions. Supports GDI, EFI, FSI and other types of fuel injectors, Compatible with common standard fuel injectors. Three voltages to drive the GDI injectors, 12V, 70V and 120V, basically covers the injectors of the majority vehicle brands.

Specific functions:
- Ultrasonic cleaning: Sending signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
- Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
- Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
- Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
- Idle Speed spray ability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

Full inspection of injectors:
- Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.
- Spray ability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.
- Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.
- Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition (eg. same time and number of times).

Intelligent cooling system: Equipped with a cooling fan and thermal protection with a power of 60w. In case of high temperature during use, the cooling system will start intelligently to avoid damaging the machine due to overheating, thus increasing the service life of the machine.
Test level gauge and Drain valve: It allows you to observe the amount of test fluid directly and clearly. Remove the liquid level gauge to drain out the test liquid, which can recover and reuse the test liquid. The oil drain valve can drain the waste cleaning fluid to the old fluid recovery device after cleaning.
Pressure gauge: It allows you to observe the pressure during test to avoid damage to machine or injectors caused by excessive pressure.
Wide compatibility: Support GDI, EFI, FSI and other types of fuel injectors as well as support ordinary fuel injectors. The device supports 110V/220V power supply voltage.
Ultrasonic Cleaning:
- Add the cleaning fluid and put the injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
- Connect the pulse signal lines and select the item 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning function to start.
