The Baofeng UV5R is a powerful programmable walkie-talkie, that is extremely capable. Each unit is sold individually with its own charging dock, standard aerial, basic headset, and standard battery. The radios are pre-programmed for the 8 straight PMR channels, however they do not have the sub-channels. These can be manually switched to using CTCS tones; just choose the channel and away you go!

These radios are small, neat, and extremely useful. Fitting comfortably into the palm of your hand, the side buttons and keypad are responsive. And in case that weren't enough, there's also an integrated flashlight!

If you want even more out of your radio, you can get various accessories for them e.g. extended batteries, whip aerials to boost range, and the secret service style airtube headsets.
