BAUHINIA PURPUREA (Purple Orchid Tree) x 10 seeds

Bauhinia purpurea is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae, native to the Indian subcontinent and Myanmar, and widely introduced elsewhere in tropical and subtropical areas of the world. Common names include orchid tree, purple bauhinia, camel's foot, butterfly tree, and Hawaiian orchid tree.

Sow the seeds 1 inch deep in a well draining sandy potting soil and place in a warm/sunny location. Keep soil moist, but not soaking wet during germination. Cover with plastic wrap or zipper bag to keep in heat and moisture. Remove pastic wrap when you have seedlings.
