Both these items are in good condition. 

The Sterling silver handle covers are very decorative with beautiful floral patterns.

Hallmarks are as follows: L & S, Anchor, Lion Passant, lower case b. 

The hook and horn seems to be made from wrought iron.

The hook has a small split at the neck.

Both measure approximately 22cm in length. 
The total weight of the hook is 50g, while the horn is just below 80g.
