Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1962 by George G. Harrap. The jacket is whole, but rubbed, marked and edge-worn. The red cloth boards with black titling are clean and square, but lightly faded. Name of previous owner to half-title page, and library card pocket pasted to inside rear board. The pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
