Cape of Good Hope Medal 'CPL. E. Bovey' (C. Police 1896/7)

This original, full-size silver 'Cape of Good Hope General Service Medal' with 'Bechuanaland' bar, was awarded to 'Corporal E. Bovey' who served with the 'Cape Police District No.1'. It is in excellent condition, is nicely tarnished and comes with its original ribbon and it reads '501. CPL. E. BOVEY, C. POL.' on the rim. This medal is un-researched but confirmed on the roll and I've noticed theres a QSA medal (Def. of Kimberley) issued to the same initial, surname and unit on the roll, who very possibly is the same person.
