Highlights: ¿¿Train simulation up for grabs ¿¿The first hardware for train driving with the PC
Technical Specifications: Connection: USB ¿¿ Transfer type: Wired
Description: The RailDriver CabController was developed by the American company P.I. Engineering and is marketed by Aerosoft exclusively in Europe. This hardware with USB-connection offers the most important driver's cab functions for the Microsoft Train Simulator and for the simulator 'Trainz' on a massive pult (weight: approx. 3 kg). Realistic driving and braking levers, direction switch, signal, light and 28 programmable buttons and levers impart a new feel to the realistic railway experience at the PC. The user can carry out all the driver's cab functions by using the switches and levers conveniently. He need no longer search for the different button combinations. The keyboard becomes virtually unnecessary and through this the driving becomes even more realistic. The switches, levers and buttons offer many different functions, such as: E-brake, gear change, signal bell, signal horn/whistle, direction changer, drive, headlight settings, wipers ... and lots more. A display shows the current speed and the integrated bass loudspeaker imparts a realistic feel of the driver's cabin through its vibrations.
