What is a Pargo Pickup Point?
Pargo Pickup Points function as Click & Collect delivery hubs that online shoppers can visit to collect their orders when it suits them best. Thanks to our partnership with popular retailers, like Clicks and Freshstop at Caltex, and local stores, our growing network of pickup points is currently 3,000+ strong and can easily be found across the country.
What should customers bring to collect their parcels?
Valid identification and their unique Pargo PIN, which they would have received by email and/or SMS. If someone other than the parcel receiver is collecting, theyll need their ID as well as a physical or digital copy of the receiver's ID and their Pargo PIN.
What is the Pargo PIN?
This is a randomly generated unique PIN customers receive via email and/or SMS on confirmation of order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery will take place in 3-5 working days from the date at which Pargo received the parcel from the sender. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with our customer support team so that we can resolve the issue.
How long will parcels be stored at the Pargo Pickup Point?
Parcels are returned to the sender after 8 days of non-collection.
What time are parcels usually delivered?
Parcel deliveries usually take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Pargo Pickup Points run on independent store hours but are mostly open outside of business hours and over weekends for your customers convenience. Browse our pickup points here.
Where can customers track their parcels?
Customers can track their parcels by visiting our homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking on Track. There they must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS. If no detail is available or theyre still having difficulties, please get in touch with our customer support team to assist. How will customers know that their parcel is ready for collection?
Customers receive an email and/or SMS notification as soon as their parcel has been delivered to their Pargo Pickup Point and is ready for collection. Track your Pargo delivery here.

Can customers change their Pargo Pickup Point before the parcel is dropped off?
