Cool Retro 1983 Kermit the Frog BMX Racer by Tomy Japan VERY RARE

WONDERFUL OLD HERMIT THE FROG BMX RACER FROM 1983. MADE BY TOMY JAPAN. MUPPET BMX RACERS WAS A MUPPET TOY LINE MADE BY TOMY IN 1983. THE TOY FEATURE KERMIT THE FROG RIDING A BICYCLE. WHEN A PLASTIC RIP CORD IS ATTACHED TO THE BACK WHEEL AND PULLED, HE RIDES AWAY.
 
AWESOME FIND! SUCH A COOL DESIGN! VERY INTRICATE AND COLORFUL. LOTS OF MOVING PARTS- THAT MUST ALL WORK PERFECTLY TOGETHER. THESE DON'T COME UP FOR SALE VERY OFTEN MOST WERE USED BROKEN AND ABUSED - VERY RARE FIND. I HAVE INCLUDED A PHOTO OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AS IT APPEARED ON THE BACK OF THE PACKAGING IN 1983.
 
Rip cord is broken in 3 pieces. I have reattached 2 pieces with glue and it appears to hold and work as it should. The blue kickstand or wheelie stand is also loose I have not glued it back together choice it for buyer. Handle and one leg sits loose I have left it like that but buyer can repair as chosen.
