Cornice Maker EPS cornices are manufactured from high quality medium density expandedpolystyrene blocks. Not all EPS material available in the market have the same density and quality. However it is important to ensure that the correct material is sourced and that quality remains consistent. Cornice Maker EPS blocks are exposed to long hours of drying time under constant heat conditions to ensure that the material is properly cured before the cornice manufacturing process starts. This leads to: Better manufacturing output Better product performance and longevity. EPS cornice that holds a higher volume of moisture will inevitably lead to shrinking and thus performance failure Smoother surface finish. This cornice has a B1 fire rating. Products are shrink wrapped in packs of 4 x 2m lengths to ensure that shop soiling is minimized. An inlay with a 3D picture diagram and barcode is included on the pack. Theouter boxes are perforated so that the top of the boxes can be removed for easy display in a free issue box stand. On all the product labelling a QR Code is included which can be scanned for full installation instructions. The ranges are colour coded to assist with category management. Use Cornice Maker tried and tested cornice adhesive for best results. Also ensure you use a water based paint to overcoat."
