How to use?

1. Install the expander rod and lock it tightly.

2. Put the tube expander into the opening of the tube to be expanded, and pay attention to controlling the speed when expanding the tube to prevent the temperature from being too high, resulting in annealing of the copper tube.

3. After the expansion tube is formed, increase the speed for correction.

User`s guidance:

1. When using, try to maintain a stable squeeze at a medium speed. If there is annealing, reduce the speed again.

2. When expanding the tube, try to keep the balance between the copper tube and the tube expanding rod.

3. If conditions permit, apply antifreeze oil (or other lubricating liquid) to the head of the tube expander for better results.

4. If the drill clamp is worn out and slipping is used, a small triangular edge can be properly opened at the connecting handle to effectively prevent slipping.
