Electroless Nickel Plating Kit (2 liter)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put Brunsdon & Son Electro less Plating Solution in Stainless steel pot.
2. Heat pot on stove until steam comes out of solution (Do not boil).
3. When solution is hot hang steel, copper or brass part in pot making sure it is completely submerged.
4. Heat part in solution for 45 minutes (Copper 15 minutes).
5. Remove part and rinse in water.
6. Remove solution from heat source when not plating.

To get best results:

Degrease part thoroughly.
Remove rust.
Rinse in clean water before plating.

Notes

To get better plating surface dip in appropriate activator OR in Muriatic Acid (Hydrochloric Acid also known as swimming  
pool acid) for 1 minute.
To get a decorative finish sand and buff part before plating.
To get more shine part can be polished after plating.
