This large fossil shark tooth from Carcharodon megalodon species, ancestor of the Great White shark, which grew several times its size. The tooth measures over 102.6 mm along the slant. A tooth of many colours, dark steel grey enamel, some serrations is left. Some erosion is visible on the gum. (True pathology) this is a normal phenomenon.

There are three chips on both sides of the blade.

The tip of the tooth has a slightly chipped.  To say the least, it is spectacular and striking, the shape is still unmistakably awesome, what a tooth. By the shape of the blade, it is very evident that this tooth was a side tooth It has the slant to the right.
