Especially with ATI graphics cards, there have been recent interesting changes from the manufacturers. While still in the days of the Radeon X1000-series almost all the copy for partner developed by ATI reference design, and given only a handful have dared to your own design (strict restrictions were probably one of the main reasons for its own development), there is the Radeon- HD 4000-series models of various modified. Sun spin in our editorial offices almost weekly new models who want to be tested. Among other cards from Asus, MSI, PowerColor and Sapphire, we have been with us to the test.
This time with a slightly smaller partner GeCube ATi's turn, but who has nevertheless some interesting 3D accelerator on offer. One of them is the Radeon HD 4850 OC, which relies on the successful RV770 GPU. Apart from the card with the reference design, however, has not meant much more: a new PCB, another cooling system, higher clock speeds and a large 1,024 MB of GDDR3 memory will persuade customers to buy.
