Every February, in celebration of Valentine's Day, I create a series of vibrant and emotive abstract love heart paintings. This collection, "Love Hearts," is a testament to the enduring power of love and passion.Using mixed media techniques, I combine bold brushstrokes, textures, and colors to craft dynamic, one-of-a-kind pieces that pulse with energy. Each heart is a unique expression of the emotions and feelings that come with loving and being loved. My inspiration for this series comes from the legendary American artist Jim Dine, known for his bold and graphic heart paintings. Like Dine, I aim to capture the essence of love in all its forms - romantic, platonic, and self-love.
