Safety and Dosage
The safety and toxicity of this product has not yet been established and the author accepts NO responsibility whatsoever for the use or abuse of Hoodia.
A recommended dosage is between 1-5 ml three times a day for 3-5 days or until the brain has identified the active ingredient and has registered its intent. Simply put - it is a hunger suppressant that works on the brain by blocking the feelings of hunger and NOT a appetite suppressant that normally works by over stimulating both the mind and body with undesirable side affects.
Once the brain has identified the active ingredient it is recommended that 2ml for every 10kg CLINICALY over weight be used when necessary to ward off the feeling of hunger.
