In the event that we do agree to the exchange or refund of an item (Completely at our own discretion only) , we will not refund any packaging and postage.
2) Payments must be made within 24 hours after the auction closes , unless stated otherwise in the description of the item.
3) If no payment is received after 3 days , a SNC (Sale Not Completed) will be filed and a NEGATIVE rating will be given and we will block such user/s from bidding on our auctions. In cases where the selling price was more than R1000-00 , we may also consider reporting non-payers to the Credit Bureau , as you did in fact enter into a legal contract.

4) Payments are only considered to be “received” when it reflects on our bank statement , and only then will parcels be posted or released.
5)We do not accept responsibility for the Post Office or the Courier companies when it comes to parcels. It will be your responsibility to request insurance if you feel it may be needed. It will also be your responsibility to track or trace your parcel , as the ownership and risk will pass over to the buyer at the moment of dispatch of the parcel. If you wish to use means of delivery other than what is in the item description it will be for your account and it is your responsibility to request such means of delivery.
6) No combined shipping is done , unless otherwise stated in the item description.(Items are prepared and packaged for shipping directly after listing the item – This saves time at the point of shipping.)
7) We reserve the right to close any auction at any time. We also reserve the right to delete any bid/s
for whatever reason.
8) Shipping fees includes the actual postage, packaging materials and labor, as well as all other costs
regarding the preparation and mailing of your item/s.
