I didn't have any prev review before buying it so I guess I was lucky, I have had snoring problems for probably around 2 years I spent a lot of money around AD$1000 in a similar device which was uncomfortable as it was made of hard plastic which at the end broke for the same reason it wasn't flexible to my nigh mouth movements. this device is really good as it suit your mouth perfectly as you create the mold. Also, it is cheap, the quality is not that good I think it can be improved but it makes the work (quit snoring). the preparation to use are really simple. well I think because of the quality it can last around 6 month each device probably more. Overall, I am more than happy with it specially because snoring was affecting my relationship.
