Cost
Free delivery for orders over R250 to main centres
R50 delivery fee for orders below R250
Dispatch Time
Orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.
Order received from after 12pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Time
If you live in Gauteng or a major city such as Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, your order should be delivered within 24 hours once shipped
If you live in a major city in the Eastern or Western Cape, your order should be delivered within 48 hours once shipped
If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 72 hours to a week to be delivered.
Please note: Start My Car will not be held responsible if for reasons outside of our control the delivery is delayed.

We want you to buy what you love and love what you have bought. That’s why we want to make the returning process as simple and hassle- free as possible.
If you wish to return a product we will arrange for it to be collected from you.

Why are you returning the product?
The product was not what you ordered:
Return item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The returned product needs to be sealed in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.
We will pay for collection and should you chose a replacement we will also cover the cost of the delivering the correct item.
You just don’t love it or changed your mind:
Return item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, it’s up to you.

We may charge you a shipping fee
Faulty product:
During warranty period, items will be repaired, exchanged, replaced or refunded.
We will pay for the collection of your item and if we exchange or replace we will pay for the delivery to you.
Promotional items:
Returns of products which came with free promotional item:
If you received a free item together with your purchase, when returning and requesting a refund we would need you to also send back the free item.
Returns of free promotional items:
Free promotional items will be replaced as long as stock lasts. No refunds will be issued for free promotional items. Shipping costs will be on you.
How to return items?

We will authorise the return.
Once we receive the unit we will evaluate the condition of the product and packaging.
We will then confirm if the product will be repaired, exchanged, replace or refunded.
As per our return policy we may deduct the collection fee from your refund.
How long does this process take?
We will endeavour to have your return and refund sorted out as quickly as possible. Start My Car reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
