KELP MEAL is produced from Ecklonia Maxima seaweed that grows in our exclusive organic sea forest, located on the Atlantic Ocean of South Africa. The Benguela current brings nutrient-rich, cool and clear water to the harvest areas, all of which positively impacts on the exceptional quality of our Kelp product. We collect the kelp, dry it further and remove sand. The kelp is then chipped to a particle size, which is further reduced to a meal for quick release applications.

Our Kelp Meal is a great fertilizer for Hemp plants, since it contains so many of the vital minerals and nutrients Hemp needs to grow and thrive. Kelp seaweed is a particularly good choice for Hemp fertilizer, as it contains virtually all of the nutrients Hemp plants need and it can really amp up soil health

 Suitable for alginate extraction and agriculture use for both crop and soil.

It is a natural Snail/Slug pest resistant as it contains copper (which is good for the plants and soil) but the skin of the snail and slugs gets irritated because of a chemical reaction and the reason why they hate kelp.

Dry Kelp Meal application mix per volume of soil: 5 grams of kelp per 1Lt of soil / 10grams per 2Lt / 25grams per 5 Lt / 50grams per 10Lt / 100grams of Kelp per 30Lt of soil. Use the Kelp Meal as a concentrated liquid: Apply 50grams (10 X Teaspoons) of Kelp Meal to 1 Litre of water. Shake the container well on a daily basis with the tea is soaked for a period of 14 days.
