Been using the machine daily. Sometimes jams when inserting the pods. Just requires turning the machine off at the wall and back on and then pushing the insert slider back, to get the machine to drop the pod. It's best to use aluminium pods to avoid this issue. Also check that the pod disposal tray is not full.

• Milk frother has some light scratches inside.
• Minor scuffs and scratches on the machine.
• Milk frother lid is chipped in one place on the rim and is very scratched.
• Uses Nespresso Original Coffee Capsules.
• Uses one plug for both the coffee machine and milk frother.
