Directions

1. As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops with 250ml of cold water or milk.
2. Take NutriTech Slow Release Casein before bed and/or between meals when slow digesting protein is required.

1. As a dietary supplement, mix 3 scoops with 150ml200ml of cold water or milk.
