The power supply tester is a robust voltage, tester for PC-power supply. ATX, BTX and ITX compliant, power supply can be tested, indicate the status of voltage. The PC/SPS is suitable for the ambitious hobby user, as well as for a quick functional check in specialized trade.

 

 

  • Tests both new power supplies and older ones with -5V circuits
  • Tests: 20 and 24 pin atx connector, molex, floppy, sata, P4, 6 pin PCI Express, and 8 pin CPU

 

 

 

The methods of operation

A. Plug power supply 24PIN and P4, P6 or P8 into the corresponding jack of the power test suit.
B. Power on the supply of power, will hear DuDu ring, if no flicker then the power supply output voltage is normal.
C. If a certain voltage signal is not detected, or the detected voltage value over the normal, will issue a DuDu long buzzer; if the corresponding voltage value or PG flicker too, then the power is failed.

 

This universal pc power supply tester tests power supplies from both new and old computers. Since this power supply tester is able to detect the -5V circuit, you will not mistakenly test old power supplies as bad. Most power supply testers on the market do not take this into account, and there is no telling how many good power supplies are being thrown away, no thanks to inadequate testers. This power supply tester also tests the outputs of your power supply so that you can be reassured that your power supply is functioning exactly as it should.
