The Transvalia Peach, scientifically known as Prunus Persia cultivar "TRANSVALIA", presents medium-sized, oval-shaped fruits boasting a delightful blend of red blush over a yellow background. Its flesh ranges from yellow to orange, offering a succulent, sweet flavor. Classified as a clingstone peach, it showcases a fine, firm texture that resists melting.

This delectable fruit typically ripens from mid-November onwards, flourishing within dimensions of approximately 4 meters in height and spread. Renowned as one of the premier yellow dessert peaches, it matures early in the season. Its growth pattern leans towards semi-upright, exhibiting moderate vigor. Ideal for regions with summer rainfall, it boasts moderate yields of high-quality fruits.

Peach trees thrive in regions characterized by cold, frosty winters, displaying resilience and ease of cultivation. Regular, careful pruning in July, focusing on branches from the previous season's growth, is advisable to promote optimal fruit production.

Every seed variety undergoes organic cultivation and self-testing on our South African, Botswanan, Zambian, and Tanzanian farms. Our commitment lies in offering a diverse selection of organically grown, open-pollinated, Non-GMO seeds, proudly produced and acclimated locally.

Before planting, please verify the conditions in your area suitable for the specific seed type. Growth rates and germination times hinge on various factors like soil conditions, rainfall/watering patterns, climate, and more. The outcome of growth and harvest may be influenced by these conditions.
