What am I paying for?
This service involves a comprehensive diagnosis and troubleshooting of your console's laser to find the faults that are causing the issues you are experiencing. The technician will check the device based on your complaints. The technician will then contact you to explain what should be done. If the device cannot be repaired then the technician will suggest that you replace the old faulty part with a new one.
Do I have to pay extra to repair/replace the part?
There will be no extra cost. You will only pay the cost quoted above.
What happens if the device needs new parts?
The technician will advise you on all the parts that need to be replaced. The cost of these new parts will be communicated to you. However, the technician will charge you extra to replace the extra parts. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, so the technician will call you and advise on the way forward.
Can you collect the broken device from my address?
Yes, we can collect the broken device. We will charge a collection fee that varies based on the collection address. Please click the link below for a list of all the areas and the collection fees. This is actually cheaper and preferred to booking a technician to come and repair the broken device at your premises, which could usually result to callout fees ranging between R300 and R600.

How long is the warranty on the repair?
We are very confident in our work and that's why every job we do is covered by a 3 months warranty period for your peace of mind. This warranty excludes physical damage to the replaced parts or some other issue to the software or hardware resulting from the inappropriate usage of the device. The technician will usually provide advice on the best way to use the device in order to prolong the life of your device and prevent the issue from occurring again in the future.
