• Most recharges are completed immediately or under 15 minutes. bidorbuy Mobile cannot guarantee turnaround time due to reliance on third parties.
• Transactions will only be processed once the EFT or other payments have been cleared by the financial institution. To combat possible fraud, there may also be waiting times for certain payment types.
• Please note that if your desired product cannot be delivered to the number provided, we will offer a refund for the payment. No refunds will be offered if the transaction has been processed successfully.
• Refunds will be processed through the bidorbuy payment system and will require you to confirm your banking details. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after bank details are successfully confirmed.
