RARE EDITION Party Ribbon dress 24months/2 years old in size.

This is a brand new party dress twirl dress with gorgeous crochet and ribbon accents.  The crinoline-trimmed underskirt provides extra fullness to the patchwork plaid skirt .The pink and orange dot ribbons tie in back.  Matching bloomer bottoms are also included.
