Raoul Varin French 1865-1943, etching of Notre Dame, Reims showing damaged buildings and ruins after the first world war. This is undated but probable dates from about 1915.
Raoul Varin was a French engraver who exhibited in the Salon of the French Artists and received an honrable mention
in 1892.
