Swedish Massage - 60 minutes
A combination of traditional strokes and deep tissue techniques improve blood circulation and reduce stress to create equilibrium in the body from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head.
Rasul Chamber - 45 minutes
Rasul, a traditional Middle Eastern method of exfoliating and cleansing, using mud, herb-scented steam and a lavender oil infused warm shower. Enter an exotic herbal steam temple under a thousand stars to take part in a traditional Arabian ritual. Apply active earth muds to specific areas of the body, whilst gently inhaling the steam infused by pure herbs. This treatment helps to cleanse the respiratory system, smooth the skin and detoxify the body, whilst revitalising your chi energy. To complete the ritual, a warm tropical rain pours down from the dome of the Rasul and as the muds are gently washed away, together with every last drop of tension in your body.

Greco-Roman inspired artwork adorns the walls of the Renaissance Day Spa, providing an atmosphere of class, reminiscent of the bathing houses of the ancient Romans, for whom the act of submerging oneself in warm cleansing water was the most important act of daily life.

- All spa packages must be paid for on confirmation of booking.
- Booking in advance is recommended. Kindly arrive 60 mins prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow for sufficient consultation time. This also allows you time to use the spa facilities including the Roman Bath, Swiss Shower, Steam Room and Sauna.
- We kindly request punctuality.
- Kindly bring your bathing costume.
- Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off during treatments.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
