This printer comes with a starter set of genuine Sawgrass Gel Sublimation inks as well as the POWER DRIVER which helps you manage your colours it comes with a 1 year warranty unlike the printers with Chinese inks. The Printer will give you high quality prints and will be reliable which something very important to your branding business.
We continually get clients brining in Ricoh printers which are no longer working as they have used the Chinese inks, these as I understand it are blended inks so seem to damage the print head. Also your warranty is void when you use Chinese inks.

We at Studder have discontinued selling the Epson printers for sublimation as we are pretty much guaranteed of a client complaint with a blocked head. The Epson is perfect for the pigment ink it was originally designed for. The Ricoh is designed for Gel Sublimation and since we have started to sell these our clients are happy and we have no more complaints. If you want trouble and blocked heads buy an Epson, if you want quality and no problems buy a Ricoh.
