Uasge 1. Screw the adapter to a commercial CO2 gas cylinder
2. The empty CO2 cylinder is screwed into the adapter
3. Open the valve of the large gas bottle
4. After about 15-20 sec., The cylinder is completely filled
5. Close valve of the large gas bottle
6. Opening the bleed screw to drain residue remaining gas
7. Unscrew the CO2 cartridge a?? done
When using, be sure to following these important points:
1. That the seals goes in the correct location. So when the soda filling adaptor arrives, please make sure to use the correct seal in the correct side.
2. Make sure to put the soda cylinder on the correct side. The soda cylinder thread can actually fit both sides of this adaptor, but the CO2 cylinder only fit's into the ROUND SIDE. As a result you MUST put the soda cylinder into the HEXAGONAL SIDE. (as show in image)
Information of Filling the newer Co2 cylinder with filling protection valve(6mm wide valve pin)
Unlike the other cylinder valves, this valve must be filled with a slow increase in pressure.
When refilling, it is important that the pressure in the first few seconds is very low, only the cylinder valve remains open. The handwheel is therefore open at the beginning only slightly and very slowly until some gas flows through (this can heard). Wait about 10 seconds and then turn the hand wheel slowly by hand half a turn further on. After another 10 seconds, the hand wheel can be turned all the way. Wait about 30 seconds until you hear no gas flows and turn the handwheel to back. After, filling is complete.
Since the handwheels opens the handwheel slightly, it is advantageous, for example, on the first attempt. Carefully turn with a small pipe wrench piece. Due to the larger lever, the flow can be controlled . After a few attempts it will come off by hand -without aid. If there is gas flow during the untwisting at the beginninga?| stop!! You must repeat the filling operation. The adapter must be vented in advance.
The cylinder should be empty. Pre Cooled cartridges will get quite full
