Before we take the items of the floor and sell it we first make sure it works 100%.This is a floor model and the boxes is stored in a room full of boxes so the boxes may have some damage to it or we might put it in another box just for the item not to get damaged. The Icemaker was only used as a floor model (Standing on a rack for clients to see how it looks like) that is why we put it as second hand.
