Takoon Nova 9 Bow Kite

Brilliant kite as a solid all-round kite, ideal for learning, lighter folk, or for higher winds when you are competent. Bought it from new, and the kite was only used 3 times. I stay in Pretoria, and seldom get the opportunity to go down to do active kitesurfing. It has been standing in my garage for the last few years, as I always hoped to continue this great sport.

The kite is like new, no patches, not even dirty.

Takoon have been building kites since the start of the sport, and as such have always been at the forefront of technology and design. They effectively started bow kites, bringing more safety, reliable relaunching and a kite that can take a large range of wind speeds, or people weighing differently (heavy to light).

The Nova is a solidly-built, very user-friendly kite, easy to setup with the 1-point inflation system. I am also including the original Takoon pump I got with the kite.

The kite is as new. It includes the kite, the lines, bar (2006), bag and pump. It's a great unit to get into the sport at low cost, or even for existing surfers. 

The kite launches and flies with ease, and relaunching is incredible, it literally bounces back up into the air! Very quick to turn and has an amazing windrange. 

Even the bag is a work of art on these kites. You can't buy a better-made allround kite. Great colours too, and looks cool in the air.
