Fritz Thomas founded the Porzellanfabrik Thomas & Ens in Marktredwitz in 1904 in the German Franconian region. In 1908 the firm was taken over by the Rosenthal Group. In 1960 the production in Marktredwitz was discontinued. The new plant at Kulm in Speichersdorf was opened as a replacement.
Rosenthal GmbH is a German manufacturer of porcelain products and other household goods. The original firm was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria. Since 2009, Rosenthal has been owned by the Italian company Sambonet Paderno Industrie (Arcturus Group).
Condition: Very Good, there are no cracks or chips on the teapot at all, it is evident that the teapot has never been used at all as it is spotless inside.
