Founded in 1931 by Guiseppe Cipriani, Harry's Bar is still the essential Venetian pleasure. This charming cookbook, compiled by Arrigo Cipriani (son of Guiseppe), contains almost 200 recipes direct from Harry's Bar.
Copy in good condition. Despite the text block edges being slightly grubby with wear, it is evident that this was a favoured, much-used and well-cared-for cookbook in someone's kitchen.
