FreeBuds 4i earbuds are true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds consisting
of left and right earbuds and a charging case and feature an in-ear
design for increased comfort when being worn. The HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i
earbuds can be connected with other devices such as phones, tablets, and
PCs over Bluetooth to make voice calls and play music. Featuring a 10
mm-diameter dynamic driver unit, two microphones for environmental noise
cancellation during calls, feedforward active noise cancellation (ANC),
and Awareness mode, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i earbuds achieve crystal
clear audio delivery. With a low power solution and 55 mAh battery, the
HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i earbuds have a long battery life and a fast charging
speed via the charging case.

conducted tests with a prototype of the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i earbuds and
the accompanying software using the HUAWEI P40 phone.
Music playback
test: The earbuds were connected to the phone over Bluetooth for music
playback in the AAC format with the volume set to 50%. The battery was
completely discharged until the music stopped playing from one of the
earbuds.
Voice call test: The earbuds were connected to the phone
over Bluetooth with the volume set to 50%. A voice call was then
conducted until the voice could not be heard from one of the earbuds.
The battery life will vary depending on the device settings, usage, and other factors.
Standby time
Standby time with the earbuds fully charged, connected with a device, and outside the charging case: 2 days.
Button
A button is on the charging case.
1. Power on the case: When using the charging case for the first time, press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

Enter Pairing mode: Open the charging case and leave the earbuds
inside, then press and hold the button for more than 2 seconds.
3.
Restore the earbuds to their factory settings: Open the charging case
and leave the earbuds inside, then press and hold the button for more
than 10 seconds. This will clear all pairing data.
4. Reset the charging case: Press and hold the button for more than 16 seconds.

The indicator outside the case provides information about the charging case by turning red, yellow, green, or white.
