This early, Union Castle Line souvenir is in the form of a small wooden carved wine barrel with brass rings and the brass and enamelled emblem of the 'R.M.M.V. CARNARVON CASTLE' on the front. Other than minimal age-related wear, it's in great condition with a hole in the top, probably for toothpicks. The ornament stands 10cm high with a base diameter of 7cm.
