How to use:

Step 1: Tear double-sided tap on the fasteners;

Step 2: Stick the fasteners on tube, then stick the top of strap with the Velcros;

Step 3: Pass the strap through buckle;

Step 4: Pass the strap through the plate;

Step 5: Pass the strap through the buckle again;

Step 6: Installation finished. You can roll up your strap.
