I have made a payment and to date I have not received the item nor have I received a tracking number. The proof of payment was sent directly from the bank.

An exceptionally honest seller and one that I CANNOT understand BOB taking one person's side on an issue. I HOPE THAT GemsRus is BACK ON BOB SOON, as I want to buy more from him. this seller was suspended from bid or buy and did not advise whether auctions that had closed could still be paid for. I appealed the SNC which was agreed due to this mix up
