Vintage Hexagonal Japanese Satsuma Red and Gilt Display Plate with Peacock and Flower Decoration
This is a lovely vintage signed Satsuma hexagonal shaped decorative plate made in Japan. The ivory colored 6-sided scalloped edge dish features an elegantly decorative design flowers, leaves and trees with a peacock perched in the center and gold trim along the rim. The plate is in a very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, it does have some crazing normal for a plate of this age.
It measures approximately 18cm X 18cm with a height of about 3cm.
