Connection:

To measure between your standard 4.5 - 30V simply connect the BLACK to negative and (RED and WHITE to positive)

To measure from 0 - 30V use the BLACK and RED wires to power the meter with 4.5-30V. Then for the voltage you want to measure, connect the White wire to the positive and the black wire to the negative terminal.
