Please note this tape must be used on pre made tape in extensions and not to be stuck on wefts, clip ins or loose hair

How to use:
Remove old tape with tape remover
Clean the area properly and dry
Apply new tape
press with heavy object for 2 hours, otherwise clamping will also do
ready to be refitted
To fit:
Shampoo hair 2-3 times, removing all oil and dirt from the root area
Apply 160c heat with a straightener to the bonds for 3 seconds (important)
Too much or too little hair can effect the hold
Apply min 1cm away from the scalp so the tape can move.
5cm away from the bottom hairline, and 5 cm away from all other hairlines, avoiding crown areas

care tips
Wash with alcohol free, sulfate free shampoo only
Add some water to your shampoo to go in easy
Condition also with alcohol free conditioner
do not aply oil/conditioner to the bonds
Always dry bonds completely on medium heat before brushing, pulling or styling.
Always use tangle teaser, tangle tamer or wet brush to de-tangle.
Always brush out all knots before washing, fous on the nap area
Trouble shooting: Tape in hair falling out sooner than 4 weeks
Tape extensions are designed to last 8 weeks on its first fitting and at least 4 weeks on re-fits. They are made with a strong medical grade adhesive and with proper application and maintenance they usually dont slip. However if they are coming out, there are a few reasons that can cause them to fall out
Same Day Hair Treatments: Hair color or chemical treatments done in the same day of application will cause slippage. 3x shampoo after treatment or do them 1 week before extensions.
No treatment must be done after extensions are in. They will remove the extensions.
Brazilian straightening: Brazilian keratin treatments is a coating over the natural hair, the tape does not grip onto that. The tape should be fitted onto the regrowth that is not treated.
Product Build-up: Excess product build-up breaks down the tape. No alcohol or oil based products applied to the general area while wearing tape extensions. Alcohol is removing agent.
Naturally Oily Scalp/Hair: There are those that have excess oil and have naturally oily hair. Tape extensions won't hold as long. You can shampoo daily and make sure the bonds are 100% dry.
Improper Application: Putting too much or too little hair in between will cause the hair to slip. Clarifying must be done 2-3 times too. Also, at the time of reapplication, the tape wefts must be properly cleaned and reapplied. Although many tape in hair don¿t require heat, it is the best to do so especially on re-bonds.
Wet/damp bonds: Most frequently seen problems come from wet bonds left as is after washing, gym, horse riding etc. When bonds are wet, they expand. Any pulling brushing can debond the hair while its wet. So Please make sure your bonds are 100% dried with hair dryer after washing.
