WW1 Medal Trio - 'Cpl. A.G. Huggins' (3rd Mtd Rifles & S.A.M.C.)

This original, WW1, South African group of three full-size medals were awarded to 'Corporal A.G. Huggins' who started out as a Private in the '3RD Mounted Rifles' and then served as a Corporal in the 'South African Medical Corp' (SAMC). The medals are in great condition, nicely tarnished with their original ribbons and impressed on the rims 'CPL. A G. HUGGINS. S.A.M.C.' and 'PTE. & 3RD M.R.' on the star.

NOTE: The 3RD Mounted Rifles were formed in 1913 by the amalgamation of the 'Border Mounted Rifles' (BMR) and the 'Natal Mounted Rifles' (NMR).
